               Adapt touch-input to framebuffer rotation

                          Johannes Schlatow

This runtime reads the current framebuffer config (currently located at
/config/managed/fb on Sculpt) to determine the current framebuffer rotation.
It then creates a touch.merge file that contains a merge rule to be included
into the system's event filter.

On Sculpt, the required file system service must be routed to /config/keyboard.
On first launch, the runtime creates a sample touch.config file that is
used for the internal rom_filter component. Please adapt this file to your
liking.
